The Pallagrello nero grapes destined for this wine are softly pressed in whole bunches within a few minutes of harvesting at full aromatic maturity. The brief contact between the must and the skins gives Rosa Canina the delicate pink colour that distinguishes it and is sufficient to extract the precious fragrant precursors that this variety possesses. It is aged exclusively in steel. The nose moves from fleshy floral to fresh fruit to tertiary nuances with bottle ageing. On the palate, the wine is fresh and well-balanced with good length.
